1、 The code material platform is equipped with an automatic splitter, which can automatically split the sheet metal, effectively preventing multiple sheets from adsorbing each other and being taken out at the same time.

2、 The automatic material retrieval device adopts high suction vacuum suction cups with buffering from international brands such as SMC, with a reasonable structure and low failure rate. The suction cup guide column is equipped with a spring buffer, and the air tube is connected to the metal guide column, which has a stable structure and is not easy to fall off. The adjustable suction cup bracket can adjust the suction cup position according to the length and width of the rolled workpiece, ensuring stable and efficient material retrieval. The lifting device is equipped with a stable guide rod to ensure fast and stable lifting and walking. High quality high-power cylinders or servo motors are selected for fast lifting speed and stable operation without shaking.

3、 The automatic alignment feeding device consists of an alignment device installed on the feeding platform and a feeding device. The alignment device adopts a double-sided motion alignment system, equipped with multiple sets of rolling alignment wheels, suitable for aligning different sheets with significant differences in plate width. When the feeding device advances the sheet material, the alignment device is always in the aligned state to ensure the correct feeding posture of the sheet material.

The lower roller is a steel roller, and the upper roller is an elastic layer wrapped around the steel roller core. The sheet is placed between the two rollers and the distance between them is adjusted to make contact, apply pressure, and deform the rubber roller. The sheet then deforms locally, driving the two rollers to rotate and continuously bend and form the sheet.

5、 The automatic discharge device automatically pushes the workpiece out to the external platform after the rolling is completed.
